The newest hotel to open in Sukhothai may be modern and stylish, but it is also authentically Thai in every respect. The interiors are quintessentially Thai – the property’s soft furnishings are bedecked in locally-made silk, as well as fabrics from well-loved brand Jim Thompson. Set between the two main temple sites of Sukhothai and Si Satchanalai, the property is surrounded by idyllic paddy fields. Once harvested (using traditional methods and bullock carts) the rice is served at the hotel’s restaurants.
